Our mission statement:

To enable young people, who need help the most, succeed in areas such as gaining self-confidence, acquiring skills and moving into work.

What we do:

We target young people, aged 14 - 30, many of whom are at the greatest disadvantage. We deliver personal development and training programmes; motivate young people to learn; improve skills and opportunities; help young people start up in business, and offer development awards which provide personal, practical and financial support for those in most need of our help. To date we have supported almost 5,000 young people in Northern Ireland.
